When we create a custom design for you, the design remains the artist’s intellectual property. Your deposit and payment cover the design work and the tattoo session. They do not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
Custom designs are made to be tattooed by GrafitSoul. Drafts and final designs may not be taken to another artist or studio to be tattooed, copied or reproduced without our written permission.
The tattoo on your skin is yours to wear and show. You are welcome to share photos of your own tattoo on social media for personal, non-commercial use. We appreciate a tag or credit to @grafitsoul.
Using the design or photos of the tattoo for commercial purposes, such as on merchandise, prints, advertising or products, requires our written permission.
With your consent, we may photograph your tattoo and use the photos in our portfolio, on this website and on social media. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We respect the work of other artists. We use client reference images for inspiration only and do not copy another artist’s original design. By sending us reference material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, edit or republish designs, photos or other content from this website or our social media without our written permission, apart from sharing links or reposting with clear credit to @grafitsoul.
