This page explains what that means for clients, visitors and other artists.<\/p>\n<h3>1. What is protected<\/h3>\n<p>Unless stated otherwise, the artist behind GrafitSoul owns the copyright in:<\/p>\n<ul><li>tattoo designs, sketches, drawings and flash;<\/li><li>custom designs made for clients;<\/li><li>photos and videos of tattoos and artwork;<\/li><li>the GrafitSoul name, logo and all text, images and other content on this website and our social media.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3>2. Custom designs<\/h3>\n<p>When we create a custom design for you, the design remains the artist&#8217;s intellectual property. Your deposit and payment cover the design work and the tattoo session. They do not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.<\/p>\n<p>Custom designs are made to be tattooed by GrafitSoul. Drafts and final designs may not be taken to another artist or studio to be tattooed, copied or reproduced without our written permission.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Your tattoo<\/h3>\n<p>The tattoo on your skin is yours to wear and show. You are welcome to share photos of your own tattoo on social media for personal, non-commercial use. We appreciate a tag or credit to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/grafitsoul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@grafitsoul<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Using the design or photos of the tattoo for commercial purposes, such as on merchandise, prints, advertising or products, requires our written permission.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Portfolio photos<\/h3>\n<p>With your consent, we may photograph your tattoo and use the photos in our portfolio, on this website and on social media. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in our <a href=\"\/es\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Reference images and other artists&#8217; work<\/h3>\n<p>We respect the work of other artists. We use client reference images for inspiration only and do not copy another artist&#8217;s original design. By sending us reference material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Use of our content<\/h3>\n<p>You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, edit or republish designs, photos or other content from this website or our social media without our written permission, apart from sharing links or reposting with clear credit to @grafitsoul.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
